We are delighted and thrilled to have once again found a particularly beautiful motif that fits us well: The Skater. The painting is neither signed nor dated, so its authorship is not assured. For several decades, it was attributed with some doubts to the Scottish painter Sir Henry Raeburn (1756–1823). However, more recently, it has been suggested that the author could be the Frenchman Henri-Pierre Danloux (1753–1809), who lived in England and Scotland in the 1790s. Either way, we love it!
With this notebook, you have a piece of Mexico in your hands.
All our notebooks are stitched with a sewing machine that is over 100 years old, and we supervise each stitch, notebook by notebook.
Each notebook is unique.
Acquiring a hand-stitched notebook is more than a purchase; it is an investment in quality, art, and sustainability. It is a reminder that things made with love and dedication have invaluable worth in our daily lives.
